How to bake really soft fresh bread ( DIY )

mix lukewarm milk with sugar and yeast well in a bowl
cover the bowl of mixture for 5 minutes to activate the yeast
mix flour and salt into the activated bowl of yeast mixture
mix and blend the content well into a soft dough with hands
add butter once dough is formed and knead well
cover the dough in the bowl for approximately 1 hour
remove dough from bowl after 1 hour and knead for a minute
cut and divide them into small equal portions
place them into a baking tray
cover them for 15 minutes with a clean towel
heat a big pan in medium fire
place tray into pan and cover
bake in medium heat for 20-30 minutes
remove tray and let it cool down in room temperature
Enjoy the soft fresh bread you’ve made.
