Recipe:
Whole wheat flour: 1 1/4 cups
Bread flour: 2 1/4 cups
Himalayan pink salt: 2 1/4 tsp
Instant yeast: 2 1/4 tsp
Warm water: 1 1/2 cups

Preheat oven at 160 degree celcius/320 F

Cast iron skillet: Lodge 8″

Counter top convection oven: Delonghi 32 liter
