Hanukkah is the ONE holiday where I make a lot of Sufganeyot/donuts, they are delicious and yes, I give myself a break and enjoy one donut to get in the Holiday spirit.
* This recipe is great with any kind of donuts, I am using the traditional Hanukkah donuts.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
6 cups cubed donuts leftovers
1/2 cup raisins
1-2 Tbsp coffee liquor
whipping cream to serve- optional
