Baked bread smells soooo good, I will easily follow my nose 😌👃 to find out where these baked breads are coming from! Therefore Andrew and I decided we should bake Hokkaido Milk Bread, it’s slightly sweet and relatively do-able. We had some hiccups but in the end, it turned out great!
We are following the recipe from Joshua Weissman but instead of loaf he ended up making dinner rolls (which is still so awesome!)
