Thinly sliced vegetables that cook easily such as –

* Carrots – 1/2 cup
* Capsicum – 1/2 cup
* Cabbage – 1 cup
* Onions – 1 cup
* Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
* Green Chillies – 3

To make Sandwich you’ll need –

* Bread Slices ( Can use brown bread) – as required
* Gram Flour or Besan – 1 cup
* Salt
* Pepper
* Water as required
* Mustard or Olive oil – 1 teaspoon.
