Fried yogurt bread: easy to make, it’s perfect like alternative to bread!

Full of spices and cheese, this bread is a must-try!INGREDIENTS
 2 eggs;
 1 cup yogurt;
 1 tbsp baking powder;
 200 g (7 oz) cheese, shredded;
 150 g (5 oz) cottage cheese;
 1 cup mixed fresh herbs (parsley, dill, scallions), chopped;
 2 tsp salt;
 450 g (15.8 oz) flour;
 vegetable oil for frying.
 
METHOD

 Preheat vegetable oil to 180C/350F.
 In a large bowl whisk eggs with salt, add both cheeses, yogurt, herbs, baking powder and half of the flour. Mix to get a thick and sticky dough.
 Add leftover flour and kneed to combine. Form into a disk and cut into quarters.
 Roll each quarter into a ball and make into a disk again. Cut into 8 triangles.
 Fry each triangle for 3-4 minutes per side, until deeply golden and crispy on the outside.
