Hi Folks!
I love bread! During this pandemic, everyone has been baking bread at home, I might be late to the bake-off party but I sure am here to stay!
The process of making these buttery, fluffy delicious rolls is quite therapeutic as you may experience yourselves!
Of course, for all you fresh bake fans, I hope it fills your home with the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread as it did mine!
Ingredients for Eggless Dinner Rolls:
– 250 Grams – Wheat Flour (you can use whole wheat Flour, All-purpose Flour whatever suits you)
– 25 Grams – Sugar
– 4 Grams – Salt
– 4 Grams – Instant Yeast
– 190 ML – Luke Warm Water – Make sure it is not Very Hot
– 15 Grams – Salted Butter
Oil to grease the bowl and pan.
Butter to brush over the Dinner rolls once out of the oven
This recipe makes 8 Dinner rolls or more if you make them smaller than what I made!
