Easy to make Bread In A Bag

3 cups of flour
1.5 Tbsp sugar
1 packet active/rapid rise yeast
1 cup warm water
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp olive oil

Italian seasoning

In a ziplock bag add flour, sugar, yeast. Close the bag and mix all the ingredients. Let the mix sit for 10 mins. Add 1 cup more flour, salt and olive oil. Close the bag and mix all the ingredients again. Add the last cup of flour and give final mix of all the ingredients in closed back until the flour turns to form a dough. Dust flour on surface and then knead the dough on the surface until it comes together. Spray a loaf pan with oil and then place the dough in pan, cover the pan and let it rest for 30 mins. Preheat oven at 375 F/180 C. Apply butter or oil on the top and at this time can modify bread by adding topping or just bake it plain. Place it in the oven for 25-30 mins. When done let it cool on wired rack before you enjoy the Bread in a bag with your favorite spread.
