EASY AND TASTY VANNILA SPONGE BREAD/SIMPLE INGREDIENTS AND EASY TO COOK

Vannila Sponge Bread is something different from usual Bread. This recipe is made with easily available ingredients and you can prepare it quickly. Let’s check out the recipe.

INGREDIENTS
2 Cup All purpose flour (Maida)
2 Teaspoon Vannila Essence
1/2 Cup Curd
1/2 Cup Refined Oil
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
A pinch of salt

Vannila Sponge Bread Cooking Method:
• In a Bowl, add 1/2 Cup Curd, 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Oil and 2 Teaspoon Vannila Essence. Mix everything
•Now add 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar and mix thoroughly
•Add 2 Cups of Maida(Sieve and add) and bind together
•Add 1/2 cup of milk gradually till you get perfect consistency
•Add 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder, 1 Tsp Baking Soda and a pinch of salt. Mix well
•Preheat the Oven or OTG for 10 mins at 180°C
•Take a bread tray and grease it with drops of oil and dust off with maida. You can do this if you don’t have Butter paper else you can line up the tray with butter paper
•Pour the batter into the tray and keep it inside the OTG and bake it for 30 minutes at 180°C
•Once bread is baked take it out and check whether it is completely cooked by inserting a toothpick. If toothpick comes out without any trace of batter it means the bread is baked completely
•Let it cool at room temperature
•Make slices of your choice

Tips:
•Mix batter in one direction either clockwise or anticlockwise direction
•Always sieve the flour and add to prevent lumps
•Add milk gradually till you get perfect consistency. Adding whole milk at a time may turn the batter watery.
•Grease the baking tin with Oil and dust off with maida if you don’t have Butter paper
