Eastindian FUGIYAS | Eastindian Balloon Bread | Cooking made Easy.

Ingridents for 1kg Maida:
1 kg Maida
1cups Whole wheat flour
2 to 3 Eggs
1/2ltr warm milk (Add extra milk if required)
2 tsp Dry yeast
1&1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Oil for frying.

Ingridents for 1/2Kg Maida:
1/2kg All purpose flour(unsifted)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour sifted
1 beaten egg
1cup Sugar(Adjust sweetness according to your taste)
1.5 tsps Yeast
1cup warm water(Add extra Milk if required)
200 ml Milk
Pinch of salt
(Add extra Milk if required)
Oil for frying.

Notes:
Knead the mixture in night if the quantity of fugais are 5kg n above, leave it overnight to rise well.
During summer the mixture rises up faster, due to heat so 1hr for 1/2 kg or 1kg is more than enough compared to winter.In winters you can place the vessel in to your oven with the light on don’t turn on the heat.
Do not heat oil more, or the fugias will turn dark and will remain uncooked from inside.
