Baking banana bread has become the world’s favourite pastime. This moist banana bread recipe shows you how to make it easily using your Magimix Cook Expert.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananasmashed
250g self-raising flour
100g unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
175g caster sugar
50g ground pecans
Method
Preheat your oven to 180C
Add flour, sugar, eggs, milk, baking powder and butter to the metal bowl. Select PASTRY/CAKE function and press AUTO.
When finished, remove the cap and add bananas and pecans. Restart the PASTRY/CAKE program by pressing AUTO.
When finished, pur the mixture into a floured cake tin and bake for 55mins at 160C
Serve warm and enjoy!
