Bread Fruit Cooking

How to cook Hawaiian bread fruit
Ingredients are:
2 organic breast chicken
5 dried bay leaves
1can coconut milk
2 large jalapeños
1 small carrot coarsely chopped
2 sticks celery coarsely chopped
7 cloves garlic
1 1/2 slice onion
Black pepper
Salt to taste

First, cut the chicken breast with finger size, then put it in the cooking pan. Put couple of pinch of salt, add paprika, tsp black pepper, bay leaves, garlic and onion. Now mix it all together. Turn on the stove to medium high, add little cooking oils, then slowly cook the chicken. Wait until the chicken turn it brown, then turn the other side let it simmer for 15 mins. Add carrot chopped, celery chopped, put two cups of chunk of bread fruit, mix it all together with chicken. Cover the pan for 15 mins, add 1 can of coconut milk plus 1 1/2 cups of water cover the pan for 10 mins. Lastly, add two sliced jalapeños, black peppers and salt to taste. Let it sit for low temperatures for 5 minutes and ready to eat with cooked rice.
