This recipe is surely for keeps. Actually, anything can be paired with this famous Filipino bread (the Pan De Sal) but filling it with sauteed minced meat is not at all a bad idea. Can be eaten as just snack or can be a meal.
I have a separate for Pan de Sal and sauteed minced meat below.
