Today’s Menu:

Banana Bread

Ingredients-
2 C flour (I used gluten free 1-1 flour)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 C butter (I used I can’t believe it’s not butter vegan)
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c brown sugar – packed
2 over ripened bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional – 1/4 C chocolate chips, walnuts, peanut butter chips.

Procedure-
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Mash bananas and well. Add eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, mix. Add butter and mash/mix well. Add brown sugar & mix. Add flour and baking soda, mix well, batter will be thick. Lightly grease a loaf pan. Place in oven for 60-65 mins. To ensure doneness insert a tooth pick. If it comes out clean your banana bread is done!

Honey Soy Shrimp-

1/4 C honey
1/4 C soy sauce ( I used San-J gluten free soy sauce)
1 clove garlic crushed
6 shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1/2 C frozen broccoli
1 tbsp oil

Procedure-

Mix all ingredients in a bowl & marinate for 10- 15 mins. Add oil to pan on medium heat. Add shrimp and sauce to pan cook for 3 minutes on each side. Add broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes. Plate & enjoy!

Fried Rice-

Ingredients-
2 C Precooked rice (I cooked brown rice in a rice cooker)
1 egg – beaten
1 tbsp soy sauce (divided in half)
1/4 C frozen peas & carrots mix
1 tbsp chopped white onion
1 tbsp oil

Procedure-
Heat oil in pan, medium low heat. Sauté onion, peas & carrots. Move to one side of the pan. Pour beaten egg in to pan and scramble for 2 mins, constantly moving egg around. Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, mix pea and carrot mixture with egg. Stir in rice, cook for 2 mins, add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and stir for 3 mins. Plate and serve!

hello welcome back to my channel my nameis Shannon this is a bored pastry cheftoday we are making some banana breadfried rice and shrimp and broccoli asalways the recipes will be listed in thedescription below[Music]I started out my day with some bananabreadI made this version gluten and dairyfree now EPS and bananas really well andeggs cinnamon stir that really welluntil combinedvanilla brown sugar and then butter andI used two potato masher here justbecause it was very easy to use bakingpowder flour spread into a look greasedloaf pan and I sprinkled on some peanutbutter chips just because I had themthere you go recipes will be listed inthe description below always and then Igave it a taste test came out reallywell for lunch I did it some shrimp andbroccoli and a soy honey glaze quarterof a cup of soy sauce 1/4 a cup of honeymarinate the shrimp in there with somecrushed garlic you can add some chiliflakes if you want to saute and it’shere the spoon of oil for about 3minutes each side added in some frozenbroccoli toss for about 3 minutesand next I did some fried rice I alreadyhad precooked a brown rice all ready togo I cooked it in chicken stock justbecause I like the extra flavor insteadof water medium low heat some oil andponer can you assess the oil some eggsscrambled make sure the oil is hot itwill move around the pan freely add aquarter cup of peas and carrots I usedto throw zoneto the spoon of others and on the earthwhen you’re as wrong as if history hasthat background or the texture give it alittle chop and a half a tablespoon ofsoy sauce add your rice break up yourrice if it was in a container like minehave the other half a degree of charsauce cook for about three to fiveminutes give it around it generously andplease thanks for watching as alwayswe’ll see you next week please like andsubscribe and thank you to Nicole forsuggested in the fried rice have a gooddayyou
