[music]Bonjour, I’m Franck the Head Chef at The Archer.I’m Jordan and I’m his helper.and we are making a no yeast cheesy cheddar, quick bread.The ingredients are280 grams of plain flour4 teaspoons of baking powder1 tablespoon of sugar2 teaspoons of garlic1 and a half teaspoons of salt150 grams of grated cheese240 ml of milkOne large eggand 30 grams of melted butter.I’m going to mix baking powder into the plain flourthen I’m gonna get the salt and put that in.And the same with the garlic.Salt,pouring the salt in.and I’m putting cheese in.and I’m mixing it togetherand now I mean you gotta wash my hands.
Next we are going to get another bowland a forkthen we’re going to mix the egg and pour
milk into the bowl.Franck can you put the butter in the
microwave.then I’m gonna pour the egg into here.This is melted butter. It’s just came out the
microwave and I’m just going to pour it in with themilk and the egg.With a wooden spoon, stir it
together.You will need someone to help you with this. Be careful because of Social DistancingCan you help me, pour this in.Can you pour the rest in for me.Keep mixing until it looks like this.Then you are going to pour it into a bread mould.When you’ve done, we will need to spread it out,and then you are going to preheat
the oven at 180 degrees.You need to time it for 40 minutes.After 40 minutes take out
the oven and it should look like this.
