Cold-Fermentation For Bread Baking | Virtual Professional Development

We will experiment with the practice of low-temperature dough leavening, and compare it with dough leavened under room temperature. We will also bake these doughs into bread and see if they taste differently.

A series of virtual lessons will provide college connections and cover STEM content based on curricular materials developed by Precollege Programs in collaboration with researchers and partners.
