BUTTERSOFT BUNS So Easy To Make Bread

How to make a Buttersoft Buns so easy?
This recipe yields 16 pcs buns. Pan size is 8.5×8.5 square pan.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 tbsp sugar 10g
2 tsp active dry yeast 6g
1 cup milk 237ml (please use warm milk, evap, or fresh or UHT milk)
½ cup unsalted butter (110g)
1 large egg
3½ cup all purpose flour (437g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 tbsp oil for bowl
Eggwash
1 egg and 1 tbsp milk
