Today i am making healthy snacks for kidz.It is perfect meal for childrens.Lets start our recipe
Ingredients
Bread slice 4
Onion chopped 1
Tomato chopped 1
Capsicum chopped 1
Chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 2 tb sp
Wheat flour 4 tb sp
Salt per taste
Green chillies chopped 2
Chilli flakes 1/2tsp
Oil for frying
Direction
Dip bread slices in water slightly&squeeze,put in other bowl.
Add all chopped vegetables&sauces&spices.
Add corn flour&wheat flour.
Mix well to make soft dough.
Keep in fridge for 30 min.
Make small tikkies.
Fry at medium low flame till golden brown on both sides.
Serve with ketchup&enjoy.
