[Music][Laughter][Music][Music]hey guys welcome back to my channel andas you can see today I’m going to beshowing you guys how to make these breadrolls I will leave all the recipe in thedescription down below please make sureto LIKE comment and subscribe so likealways we’re going to start off withweighing the ingredients and I’m justtaking some strong white bread flour andputting this in a large bowl and thenI’ll be taking some castor sugarand putting that into the same Bowl aswell I will also be adding in some seasalt as well to the flour mixture so Ihave just weighed out some lukewarmwater into a jerk and now I’ll be addingsome oil into the flour mixture and alsoadding 1 packet of yeast which is 7grams into the flour mixture as well sowe’re going to start off by making awell in the flour and adding the waterslowly till it has all combined[Music]so now that the dough is all comingtogether you want to keep kneading ittill the dough it has become smooth andelastic e[Music]now that the dough is ready we’re goingto leave it to prove in a warm place tolet us doubled in size so as you can seenow the dough has risen and we’re justgoing to take it out of the bowl andwhat I like to do is weigh the actualdough and then divide it so all therolls can be the same size[Music]so I’m going to show you guys how to doa knot in the bread and what I like todo is get a piece that has already beenweighed out and rolling it into a reallylong piece and you want to make sure thethickness is the same across the wholepiece and what we are going to do iswrap it around you two fingers fold ittwo times under and then on the otherside fold it over all the way into themiddle[Music]so you could also do round ones as welland what I like to do is skate piece andkind of like squish it down and thenroll it with your one hand and kind ofcup it so it makes the perfect roundshape so now we’re just taking one eggand whisking it up ready for the eggwash so what you want to do is get yourbrush and brush the roll evenly all theway around up to the edges[Music]so on these rolls I’ve decided tosprinkle some sesame seeds onto them youdon’t have to use these you can useanything crazy like dried herbs rosemarysea salt sunflower seeds but I’ve justdecided to use sesame seeds for this one[Music]so once you have done all of this youwant to cover this with cling film andyou want to let them prove again so I’velet them prove for around half an hour45 minutes and now they’re ready to gointo the preheated oven[Music]these will take around eighteen andtwenty-five minutes to cook and that isit guys I hope you enjoyed watching thisvideo please make sure to a like commentand subscribe and I will see you guysnext time[Music]
