Bread Pudding without Oven | No Bake Bread Pudding with Caramel Quick & Easy| | Kitchen Adventures

Hi Guys, Welcome to my Channel, Kitchen Adventures.

Just an overview, Bread Pudding was known as “poor man’s pudding,” as it was a popular dish with the lower classes in 13th century. It was usually made from stale or leftover pieces of bread.

How to make bread pudding?
Ingredients:
Loaf bread (you can also use leftover bread)1 pc. Whole Egg
1/4 cup Sugar (For the Mixture), 1/4 cup Sugar (For the Caramel)
1/3 cup Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2-3 drops Vanilla Essence
Pinch of Salt (According to your taste)
1/2 tbsp Water (For the Caramel)

What You Need:
Llanera (Medium-sized)
Aluminum Foil
Steamer
Whisk
Mixing Bowl

Suggestion: You may opt to add Raisins or Almonds, Nuts, or any other toppings that suits your taste.

In this video I wanted to add some raisins to this recipe but it is out of stock due to lack of supplies during this pandemic.
