Bread Pudding Recipe made with Croissants it’s Delicious than regular bread.

8 medium Croissants, cut up into pieces
1 cup Raspberries
1 cup Blueberries
1 Tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 – 1 cup milk
2/3 cup powder sugar
1 pack Cream Cheese Philadelphia
Cut Croissants into pieces and place in a coated baking pan.
Top with Raspberries and Blueberries.
In a bowl use a mixer and mix the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract. Add the eggs and mix again, add the milk and mix for few minutes until well blended. Pour mixture over the croissants pieces and berries.
Let it rest for 15 minutes before baking, so the croissants can absorb the milk mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until set in center. Sprinkle powder sugar on top and serve. Enjoy!
