Bread Pakora Sliders
Serves 8 portions

Bread 4 slices
Mint & Sweet chutney 2 Tbsp each
Potato 1 no big (Boiled & Mashed)
Chopped Onions 75 gm
Chopped Green Chili & curry leaves
Minced Ginger Garlic 20 gm
Shredded Paneer 50 gm
Black Salt 1 tspoon, Turmeric & Chili Powder 1 tspoon
Kitchen king masala 1 Tbsp
Gram Flour 400 gm, Oil as needed, Ajwain 1 Tbsp
Salt as needed, Baking Soda 1 pinch, Yellow food
Color 1 pinch
Mix mashed potato, chopped onions, green chili,curry leaves,minced ginger garlic, shredded paneer,black salt
Chili powder,kitchen king masala all together and keep aside.
Mix gram flour,ajwain,baking soda,salt,food color,oil, cilantro little and required water .. mix well and make sure
no lumps are formed. Keep aside
Take 2 set of sliced broad and cut in to 4 set
On each set apply mint and sweet chutney.
Keep the prepared stuffing in between and seal it.
Dip it on the batter and deep fry it.
Do this for all the bread sets.
Once fried well till crisp. Arrange it on a plate
Top it with mint and sweet chutney.
Garnish with onions and cilantro.
