Bread Pakora Recipe | Aloo stuffed bread pakora | How to make bread pakora

Aloo stuffed bread pakora is a popular tea time snack in India. Bread pakora is prepared by stuffing spiced mashed potato into the bread, dipping into the besan batter, and deep-frying it. This is a very filling and heavy snack. It is generally served with a sweet sauce like the ketchup or tamarind sauce, and chutney like coriander chutney. Hot tea makes a great pair with bread pakora.

– Besan batter should neither be too loose nor too thick. It should have the right consistency to be able to coat the bread thoroughly. If the batter is too loose, then the coating will not happen, so the bread will consume more oil. If it is too thick, then the pakora will turn very hard.
– You can skip the stuffing completely to make bread bajji or plain bread pakora.
– You can also try different stuffing ingredients to suit your taste or enjoy different versions. Other popular stuffings for bread pakora are paneer, cheese, and egg.
– Adjust spices, stuffing quantity as per your taste preference.
