( 4 bread pakora )
Ingredients:-
Boiled and Grated potatoes 3 pcs
Onion fine chopped 1
Handful coriander leaves 1
Green chilies 2 pcs
Red chili crushed 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as per Taste
For Batter,
Bread slices
Gram flour 3 small bowls
Water as required
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Salt as per Taste
Oil for Fry
Recipes:-
In a bowl add potatoes, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ajwain, coriander leaves, salt, and mix well.
Take a piece of bread, apply tomato ketchup on it, and top it with the potato stuffing.
Take another layer of bread, apply tomato ketchup on it, and place it on the potato stuffing.
Cut the bread in a triangle shape.
Heat oil in a vessel, dip the bread into the batter and fry it on medium flame.
For Batter
In a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, water and mix well.
Our Bread Pakora is ready to EAT.
