Today’s Recipe is Bread Pakoda
Preparation Time – 20 minutes
Serving – 4

Below are the Ingredients

1) 3 Tea Spoon Oil
2) 1/2 Tea Spoon Jeera
3) 2 Chopped Green Chillies
4) 1 Chopped Onion
5) 1/2 Tea Spoon Aijwain
6) 1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
7) Add 2 Copped Tomatoes and Cook it Well
8) Salt as per Taste
9) 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
10) 1/2 Tea Spoon Haldi Powder
11) 1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder
12) 4 Mashed Potatoes
13) Corriander Leaves
14) 200 gm Baesan
15) Add 1 Pinch Hing
16) 1/4 Tea Spoon Baking Powder
17) 1/4 Tea Spoon Aamchur Powder
18) Water
19) Bread Slices

How To Prepare

1) Heat Up the Kadhai and Add 3 Tea Spoon Oil
2) Add 1/2 Tea Spoon Jeera
3) Add 2 Chopped Green Chillies
4) Add 1 Chopped Onion and Fry the Onion Until it Becomes Golden Brown
5) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Aijwain and Mix it Well
6) Add 1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste and Cook it Well
7) Add 2 Copped Tomatoes and Cook it Well
8) Add Salt as per Taste and Mix it Well
9) Add 1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste and Cook For 2-3 Mins
10) Add Tomato Puree of 2 Tomatoes and Cook for 2 mins
11) Add Salt as per Taste and Mix it Well
12) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
13) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Haldi Powder
14) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder and Mix it Well
15) Add 1 Pinch Baking Powder
16) Add 4 Mashed Potatoes and Mix it Well
17) Add Corriander Leaves and Mix it Well
18) Take 200 gm Baesan and Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Aijwain
19) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Jeera
20) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder
21) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Haldi Powder
22) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
23) Add 1 Tea Spoon Salt
24) Add 1 Pinch Hing
25) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Baking Powder
26) Add 1/4 Tea Spoon Aamchur Powder
27) Add Water and Mix it Well to make a thin Batter
28) Take Bread Slices and apply the prepared Masala on it
29) Cut the Bread Slices Diagonally
30) Dip the Bread Slices into the Baesan Batter and Fry
31) Fry the Bread Pakoda on Medium Flame for 3-4 Mins
32) Serve Hot with Green Chutney
