A little twist on the Classic old fashioned Bread and Butter Pudding, we used chocolate chip Brioche for this rich easy decadent dessert made in minutes in the Kmart Family Pie Maker. We do hope you give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
3 slices brioche, we used chocolate chip but you can use raisin toast too
30g butter
1/2 cup cream1/2 cup milk
sprinkle nutmeg
1 tspn pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup caster sugar
