1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
1 egg
1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
3 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt

Filling:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup all purpose cream
