😃 Enjoy baking fresh, moist, Banana Bread alongside Liku! For this Fall recipe, you’ll need:
-1/2 cup of Butter (melted), 1 cup sugar (Liku recommends Brown Sugar), 2 Large Eggs, 1 teaspoon (or tablespoon) Vanilla Extract, 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour, 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt (or less), 1/2 cup Sour Cream & 2-4 mashed (over-ripe) Bananas! (Walnuts/Chocolate chips are 1/2 cup, but Liku strongly disagrees with that choice)
-The Loaf Pan Liku is using is 9 x 5.5 inches!
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees
2. Stir Melted Butter & Sugar well in Large Bowl
3. Add Eggs & Vanilla. Mix well
4. Combine Flour, Baking Soda & Salt, Stir into Butter mixture until smooth
5. Mix in Sour Cream & Mashed Bananas (also chocolate chips/walnuts if you’re that person)
6. Transfer to Loaf Pan and bake @350F for 60 minutes (one hour) until fork or toothpick inserted into centre of loaf comes out clean
7. Cool loaf in pan for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack
