Baking Bread is our Stay at home challenge with Ryan

Baking bread…
Flour 350 grm
milk 200 ml
salt pinch
yeast 7 grm
sugar 50 gem
oil 40 ml
butler 1 stick
egg white or dusting sugar is optional

put in all the dry ingredients mixed evenly ,put in the milk mixed well and knead for 5 minute re shape in oval brush with oil and cover..keep in warm place for 30 min or until double in size…
after 30 min reshape into size put in your stuffing example cinnamon its also optional… roll it and keep for 90 minutes to 2 hour…
bake for 140°C 20 minutes plus 180°C for 5 minutes to make it brown
