Dear Miggy, Spanish bread has always been one of our favorites. I’ve been missing it here in Singapore. Thought I’d try and bake some at home. It brought back memories of us heating some for breakfast when we’re together. Miss you.
Ingredients for half a recipe:
1 3/4 cup bread flour
140 ml water
1/2 Tbsp instant yeast
1 Tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
Filling
1/2 cup APF
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
Bake at 170’C for 15-18 minutes
