Keep an eye on the butter while cooking. Once it forms brown specks, remove from heat immediately. Watch it carefully because it could burn easily if you let it cook more.
It’s better to make brown butter in a light color skillet.
You can bake the eggs with the mushroom spinach sauce and cheese in the skillet for a keto diet breakfast.
3 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
250 g mushrooms (baby Bella or white)
5 cups baby spinach (150 g)
3 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Emmental cheese
Salt and pepper
8 Kaiser rolls (hard rolls or ciabatta)
