Bake with me: gluten free, refined sugar free, healthy banana bread

Hello lovelies,

this is me baking tthe banana bread according to Annie Jaffrey’s recipe. For the first attempt it looked not so bad (slightly too dark on the top but here is our oven to blame) but it was so so sooo delicious!.

These are all the ingredients you need for cooking it:
Dry Mix:
1 cup of chikpea flour
1 cup of oats
1 cup of wallnut and cashew nut mix
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp cardamom
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
pinch of sea salt

Wet mix:
3 bananas
1 cup of dates (without seeds)
1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
1tbsp of glutenfree milk
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract

so I’m continuing here with Anna made medo it video today we gonna be cookingthe banana breadnow let’s whisk this together hellowelcome back to my channel today wegonna be cooking the banana bread recipefrom one of my favorite youtubers outthereI need Jeffrey who is amazing and lovedher profession videos as well aslifestyle and the healthy food recipeswhich she shares are just pricelessso yesterday she posted this video and Ijust couldn’t think about anything elseit stuck in my head and today while Iwas working all I could think was that Ihave to get done with the work go outget the ingredients and cook thisdelicious to save for us so let’s see ifthe results it asks gonna be looking asgood as hers and I thought it’s gonna befun to film this process for you so I’mcontinuing here with Anna made me do itvideo I don’t even know if I am allowedto say her name just like that onlinebut I will have to check that basicallyI just collected now all the ingredientswhich we need for cooking according toher recipe we have date here one cup ofit it’s already without stones I havenot drawn some baking powder as you cansee one egg have a 1 cup of mixed nutsit’s a mix of walnuts and cashew sheused only walnuts but because I’m not abig fan of it I decided to mix it withthe cashew which we had here I’m usinglactose free milk you could use any typeof milk I guess we will be using somevanilla extract as well as chocolatechip we have some gluten-free flourit’s from Kisha Epson I don’t know whatit is called in English I’m gonna put itsomewhere down below we have 1 cup ofoats we have as well some bananas sheused more ripe bananas but those werethe only ones which I could find in thesupermarket and yeah that’sI could bring home also one ingredientwhich I forgot is that I melted of thecoconut oil in the microwave and it’s1/2 cup what’s most importantI have iPad and I’m watching how shedoes it so that I can repeat it step bystep[Music]it’s okay everything smells scared I’msorry miss good thingokay we had first failed at heavens Itried to mix the date with a blendermixer as she said in her video butprobably she had some other type ofgadget on her own because ours didn’treally move after the initial one roundand got stuck on this texture and as weneed it to be more like natty like morecreamy consistency we need to try nowdoing it with a hand mixer[Music]as a next step she meshes the banana sheuses just a fork I think it won’t bereally possible with mine ones becausethey are not that right[Music]so we have mashed bananas over here it’sthree bananas and she says that she putsall the wet ingredients in it let’s addthe then we add our 1/2 cup of coconutoilwe put one teaspoon of vanilla extract[Music]one tablespoon of milknow let’s whisk this together this ishow the mix looks like and we add theblended date into it and continue to mixitI’m deck almost an hour later we did nothave cinnamon and cardamom mix so fatherwas kind enough to go to the supermarketand bring itmeanwhile we even smacked I had somebread with jam and father is cooking thepasta because it’s super late when youwatch other videos you see how people dothis all very smooth and very easy butif you don’t have all the ingredients athome that’s what happens maybe we endedup on the wet mixture which is standingand waiting here and I’m gonna bepreparing the dry mix for that I have 1cup of oats to put on here and one cupof gluten-free flour which I’m gonna addas well then we add two table of bakingpowderand one teaspoon of baking soda okay youcan mix steer course among all theingredients then we add one fulltablespoon of cinnamon just doesn’t wantto come out[Music]and thenone teaspoon salt cargoyes Mia your food is standing Brown[Music]we add the nuts and the dark chocolatechipsoh we needalmost for goodso we add half of the snakesprobably should have taken do bot cansee that but I think watching me you canreally notice that I’m total beginnerwhen it comes to cooking especiallybaking and then we add all of it andcarefully mix it based on the experiencefrom five minutes ago five seconds agoactually I think it should be ready[Music]these will go inside for not sure howmany minutes but I will check back rightnow[Music]good morning yesterday we ended upmaking this so late my battery died andI couldn’t really show you the endresult I have not even eaten it today isthe morning when I cut the pieces andthey look very soft and crunchy becauseof the nutslet’s see how it tastes[Music]you

  2. Ooh I am gluten free so I’ll be trying this recipe. For all those who are celiac like me you can use gluten free oats if you know you don’t react to it. Great video xxx
