hi y’all I’m Bobby from Subway thefamily table and today I’m going to bedoing a bake with me video so let’s goahead and jump right in first off I’mmaking the bread bowls for some soupthat we’re gonna have for supper so I’vestarted by adding my yeast some warmwater and some sugar or you can usehoney to a bowl and letting that bloomfor a few minutes now you’ll see meadding in the flour I used half wholeand half all-purpose but you can useall-purpose just all purpose if that’swhat you have it’s totally fine eitherway I just like to add the whole week isas a boost of nutrition but adding theour purpose as well makes people thatlike white bread not notice it so muchso I’m going to add that in there nowand I’m going to mix it together thenyou’re going to see me add in the saltand you’re going to add in olive oil oravocado oil either works great[Music]now we’re gonna add the remaining waterand just be sure it’s lukewarm and thenmix everything up at this point yourdough is going to be very sticky sowe’re gonna need to add up to anadditional half cup of flourit all depends on your humidity andaltitude so just add enough until itstarts to pull away from the sides ofthe bowl[Music][Music]we’re just going to want to knead yourdough you just need to do this for a fewminutes just until it comes into a nicesmooth ball you can also totally do thisin your stand mixer like a KitchenAid Ireally let my KitchenAid and it workswonderfully for up making breads andthings but I really enjoy meeting thoseso I typically do this by hand but youcould do this whole process in yourstand mixer while you’re doing this besure not to add too much flour just useenough to keep it from sticking to thecounter because the more flour you addthe tougher don’t whip it[Music]once you’re done kneading it you’regoing to go ahead and add it to agreased Bowl and let it rise for about45 minutes in a warm draft-free placeI actually really like to do this in myinstant pot liner and just turn it onthe yogurt setting and it really worksbeautifully for making dough rise muchfaster you can usually do it in abouthalf the time once your dough hasdoubled in size you’re going to go aheadand split it into four pieces and rollit into large balls to get ready to riseagain for another 30 minutes or so justuntil they’re doubled in sizenow you’re gonna want a big thing justuntil they’re cooked through theinternal temperature should be about 190and it took me about 35 minutes or soonce they’re cooked all the way throughand they’re nice and golden brown on topyou’re going to want to cut the middleout of them so you can add your soupinto your bread bowl and just go aheadand serve whatever stamp you want toserve in these bowls we did broccolipotato cheddar today but potato soup mysplit pea and broccoli cheddar soup thatREI will here on YouTube would bedelicious only get down below or any ofyour favorite soups would be so good ina bread bowl absolutely love robo’s Irecommend that you also scoop out someof the excess bread and then all thebone to make more room for your soup[Music][Music]so that’s it for the bread balls theyreally weren’t that hard to make butthey make any soup just that much moredelicious so I hope you’ll try it andenjoy now next on making the video we’regoing to be doing oatmeal cups it isgreat for dessert I made them tonight wehad them for dessert as well as to haveon hand for breakfast throughout theweek so they’re great make-ahead optionfor a quick on-the-go breakfast to startadd pure maple syrup eggs and milk to abowl and whisk until all of us combined[Music]now gonna add all your dry ingredientsso oats granola cinnamon and bakingpowder[Music]now just mix that till it’s all combinedand I can add in all kinds of differentmix ins so you can add in chocolatechips or chocolate chunks get add inraisins and nuts you can really dowhatever you want here I’m gonna bakethese oatmeal cups in the cupcake pansso I lined my cupcake pan with cupcakeliners and this recipe will make about11 to 12oatmeal cups I really like to use an icecream scoop to scoop the batter into theliner but you can totally just do aspoon if you’d like this just makes itreally easy it to make them all one size[Music]I decided to top mine with some craisinsand pecans but you can do whatevertoppings you would like you to chocolatechips another nut if you do raisins oryou can even plain now I’m going to pickthem up don’t hotel for 25 minutes theseare so delicious they’re a greatbreakfast or quick snack or even dessertif you wanted to do that so I hope youall got some ideas from this video besure to subscribe and check back formorehave a blessed day[Music]
