Bake with Ashley! Banana Bread

Have fun & enjoy this delicious banana bread. It’s one of Tyler’s favorites & I love baking it! It’s easy to bake from scratch if you lay out the ingredients first. Let’s get started! ❤️

Banana Bread Recipe:

Wet ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
Splash of vanilla
1/4 cup of olive oil

Dry ingredients:
1 3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Dash of cinnamon

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the wet ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Stir until it’s a batter consistency.
5. Grease your baking dish.
6. Add a dash of cinnamon on top, if you’d like to.
7. Bake for about 40 minutes – depending on your oven.
8. Let cool a few minutes. Enjoy! ❤️

Notes: This recipe is inspired by Liv B’s Healthy Life. You can swap the olive oil for melted coconut oil, or add in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or walnuts! Whatever you’d like – this is your creation. ❤️
