Bake Bread with Me: Episode 2-Focaccia|Pickled Onions and Sundried tomato Focaccia|Chickpea Focaccia

Hello Everyone. Welcome Back to my “Bake Bread with Me” Series. Thought i would show you a Basic Focaccia Bread Recipe. Hope you enjoy the video and try the Recipe. Do subscribe to my channel and give a thumbs up and leave a comment on the video.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FOCACCIA
All purpose Flour – 150 grams(or 200 grams only if not using Chickpea Flour)
Chickpea Flour/Besan – 50 grams
Yeast – 7 grams
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Water – 120 ml-130 ml
Olive Oil – For greasing
TOPPINGS
Olive Oil
Pickled Onions

Dried Rosemary
~NOTES
~1 hour and 30 minutes total proofing time.
~ Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until Golden Brown
