Hi everyone! Join me today for a bread roll baking tutorial whispered show & tell, plus I’ll be showing you some of my flour mixes (Timestamp 15:43) and browsing through some of my cook books (Timestamp 22:26) while we wait for the rolls to rise! Ingredients for 8 large or 10 small buns:
500g strong white bread flour
320ml tepid water
10g dried yeast
8g salt
Add all ingredients together and make a dough. Knead dough (see video) – leave dough to proof (sometimes called proving) for 40 mins (covered with oiled plastic film in a warm place). Once risen pop the dough into a hot oven (210-220 C fan oven) for 15 mins. Take out of oven, cool and enjoy!
