Ingredients:

1. Potatoes=3 kg
2. A bunch of Coriander Leaves= 1
3. Green Chillies = 6 to 7 ( chup)
4. Fried Brown onions =2
5. The Oil with which Onions is fried =half Cup.
6. White Flour = 1 kg

RECIPE:
1. You have to boil potatoes for 2 hours at least.
2. Peel off the skin of potato in hot condition and mesh
them.
3. Cut the 2 medium size onions in to little pieces now
fry them.
4. put all the ingredients in meshed potatoes.
5. make the balls of meshed and mixed potatoes as
per your need.
6. Knead the flour in a way that medium soft dough is
made.
7. In close potato balls in dough in a way that potato
balls are completely covered.
8. Tawa and cook it with medium flame.
9. Eat and enjoy with khatti meethi Imlie ki chatni and
tasty raita.
