Pizza sandwich is a easy and simple recipe. We are making this sandwich on skillet. It tastes just awesome and becomes nice and cheesy. This crunchy sandwich can be made in a jiffy. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 tsp Olive oil
•1 sliced Onion
• 1 sliced Capsicum
• Black pepper powder (Optional)
• A pinch of Salt
• 1 cup Tomato puree
• Black pepper powder
• Chili flakes
• Mixed herbs
• Minced Garlic
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Bread slices
• Butter
• Black olives
• Mozzarella cheese

Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add sliced onion, capsicum and fry for just 2 minutes.
• Do not overcook the veggies. You can add veggies of your choice.
• Add black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
• Take tomato puree in a bowl.
• Add black pepper powder, chili flakes, mixed herbs, minced garlic, salt, sugar and mix
everything well together.
• Rest the sauce for at least 1 hour. Pizza sauce is all ready.
• Take bread sliced and spread butter on it.
• Spread pizza sauce on it.
• Add a layer of veggies, black olives, mozzarella cheese and close the sandwich up with another
bread slice.
• Spread butter on upper side of sandwich.
• Heat up a skillet.
• Transfer the sandwich on it facing buttered side down words.
• Roast the sandwich well until lower side is roasted well.
• Spread butter on upper side and flip the sandwich over.
• Roast well from other side too.
• Pizza sandwich is all ready.
