hi guys welcome back to another busyBaker’s video where we help you learnhow to cook yeah okay so today we’regoing to be learning how to make cookiesso chocolate chip cookies are verydelicious and you’ll like them and theyare very easy to make so we have tostart we have butter you should haveused 12 tablespoons tablespoons ofbutter and it’s about so as you can seehere it’s warm because you’re scoutingbutter it makes it look easy and so itsays make sure the butter is melted andthen we’re going to preheat the oven to325 degrees which we already have yesand so now we have to add our sugars asyou can see we put so we have 1/2 cupwhite sugar and 1/2 cup 1 cup 1 cupbrown sugar and so you put them in nowand we stir them together until it willlook like curved like this brown lightbrown paste or Therese and dark brownsugar it doesn’t matter so stir up allthis we are going to be adding thevanilla to the vanilla and here is 2 to2 teaspoons vanilla and then our eggwhich is one egg and one egg yolkand then you make sure the egg is doneand then you stir it and it will not getsick now because it’s been it’s had veryliquidy ingredients ER what you talkabout so ensure we have our flour and wehave two cups plus two tablespoons flourand we also have our baking soda whichis 1/2 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon salt aswellso after a bronsted with that we’regonna be puttin it in so it’s going toget sick it’s thin guys the fire isstirred in we’ll get more more thickdon’t continue to mixyour could you track the pin yeah so Wowso once we finished mixing it thereshould be no flour we will add ourchocolate chicks how much chocolate chipso it’s 1 cup 2 1 in 1/2 cup chocolatechips I’m assuming we did 1 cup so thereare different ways to add the cookie youcan use a regular old spin you also canuse here you also get a cookie scoop touse or if you want to spoon at all theexact you do 1 tablespoon of batter intothe pan make sure it’s face up evenlybecause because I’m not sure if wetalked about this in one of our othervideos but you’ll notice that all of ouringredients are measured up beforehandthat’s called musiim plus I guess nowwe’re gonna put the chocolate chips inright if you will just gonna stir themin a little and now after this we’regoing to put the cookies on the sheet soyour bought your broccoli burnt and yourtops will be[Music]if you use light panel be perfect ifyou’re not using the non-stick pan makesure you use a baking sheet parchmentpaper parchment paper for people thatdon’t know what baby so you make sure ifyou’re using this if or if yours isgonna make sure you smooth it off andthen you put it right there so thecookies are gonna expand so make sureyou put them on a good distance peopleso what I do is on the pan about thissize I put them I put four in each rowmake and that what’s good about thisthing is that it makes them all aboutthe same size so they’ll all cook evenlyand I do three rows of four so it’s 12cookies at a time as you can see onemakes a lot of cookies so it’s a greatidea for a party when you put them inhow longhow long 40 minutes okayso we said timer for 14 minutes we havesome extra butter so we’re gonna do onemore pan and so continue melting we putitokay so our cookies are done as you cantell so we’ll try our timer so here’sour first batch so this is our firstbatch I’m pretty sure this was mineand now we’ll take out yards bench yardsare a little bit ok so what we’ll do iswe’ll let those cookies sit and thenwe’ll put them on the racks that are uphere how long should we let thesecookies sit about okay so our cookiesare cool so the first cookies always thehardest because you have to scoop rightunder and you just simply just put itright on the rackso you just remove them and you put themon here and once they’re hard cuz thatmeans they’ve set then you stack them upon top of each otherto make space for other cookies this hasa baker less dishes the better so that’swhy you just put one at a time and youdon’t stack them until afterthat’s it just wait for them to cool andyou can enjoy them cookies are ready andwe have so much bigger we’ll see how wedid small/medium and then large friendson the outside and then there’s the bitof soft it’s actually not cheapyars kaanchi it’s not mr. crunchy on theoutside its presence which is good it’sfun it’s doughy as it is on the insidewhich is princes which is also good tothink yes yes I think friends maybe afor mine I guess see you all next timebye
