this is cookie dough you want to eat itlike right now but you can’t cuz it’llmake you sick but don’t fear coz I’vegot a recipe with all the goodness ofraw cookie dough without the risk of itbeing a health hazard first let’s beatsome softened cream cheese buttertogether in a bowl I’m just gonna beatthat on medium beat that until you havea nice light and fluffy texture allright now star ingredient a Cormackvanilla extract and we’re just gonna adda smidgen of almond extractthat’s what’s gonna give it thatauthentic cookie dough flavor we’relooking for we’re gonna add a little bitof salt as well switch the granules tofinegive it a couple cracks there you gonext we’re gonna beat in someconfectioner sugar and some brown sugarthis will give the dough a nice smoothtexture and the brown sugar helps itgive that cookie dough taste there we goyou want to get all the ingredients niceto mix up together now and we’re justgonna a scrape the sides get all theedges get it all together alright andthen just make sure you beat it tillit’s nice and smooththat’s looking nice and smooth to me Iwould knownow we’re gonna gently stir in ourwhipped topping throw it right in therenow this is called folding which issomething I thought was just for mylaundry but I don’t even fold my laundryso this will keep the dough a littlelighter to make it scoopable even whenyou bring it out of the freezer we don’twant this deflate in y’all lastly we’regonna add in some crushed vanilla wafercrumbs and some mini chocolate chips soyou’re not eating raw flour we’re usingthe cookie crumbs to give that cookiedough the same texture and now that it’slight and fluffy I’m done folding if youhaven’t already eaten this entire batchat this point store it in the freezeruntil you’re ready to serve it or if youreally want to be a pro you can serve itup in a waffle cone like so or if you’regetting crazy between two brownies youwant to know more let’s my jam thoughdipping it in chocolate for truffles I’mfeeling a little crazy myself what Iwant to do is take two baked cookies andI got my cookie dough that I put in thefreezer here take a little scoop like sostart right on in the middle that’scookie on cookie madness hmm there youhave it edible cookie dough an easy nobreak delicious dessert live dangerouslyjust not with your cookie doughmake sure to check out the flavor makerapp you’ll find all the flavor makervideos and tons of delicious recipes youcan even scan your mcCormick spices addthem to your digital spice rack andcreate shopping lists plus a ton ofother cool features that I haven’t evenexplored yet have fun cooking guys
