Oh welcome back to an all-new episode ofJim’s cookie adventuresmy name’s James Ramsden but you guys cancall me Jim now you may be wonderingwhere I’ve been for the last few monthswell just like last time it’s no easystory after I’ve made my way back toAustralian shores I was contacted by thegovernment and formed the Peruvianmilitia had put a hit out on my head sothey scooped me up put me in witnessprotection and that’s where I’ve beenwhile I’ve been here they’ve informed menot to make any more videos but I feellike it’s been long enough and you guysdeserve to see another cooking adventureso without further ado let’s just jumpinto the kitchen and get to[Music]so today I’m going to show you guys howto make some quick and easy pancakesthey only require a handful ofingredients to make and Lily take upabout 15 minutes of your time so allthey’re gonna need is 3/4 a cup of milkyou don’t need cinnamon but I’d like toadd some for a little bit of flavoring 1egg 1 cup of self-rising flour and 1tablespoon of sugar it doesn’t reallymatter what type of sugar you like touse I prefer dark brown so that’s theone I’m going to be using today so firstthings first we’re just going to grab amixing bowl put in our cup of flour andsugar just give that a quick whisk justto give that a nice mix all right that’slooking nice and mixed too now the nextstep is to just get our milk now as Imentioned before it’s 3/4 of a cup soI’m just gonna reuse the same cupmeasure I had before fill it up to about3/4 dump all that in and once again I’mjust gonna go through and whisk it justto get that all nice and mixed throughand then lastly we just need to grab ouregg give him a crack and just put himinside then just simply it mix itthrough awesome now that that’s allmixed the last thing we need to do isjust add in our cinnamon you don’t evenneed to add cinnamon as I mentionedbefore I just like it flavoralternatively you could try using maybevanilla essence so adding in some sortof flavoring that you like I’m justpretty keen on cinnamon so that’s whatI’m gonna use todayand it is just that easy only a handfulof engrams and how long did that take aminute or two the longest body is gonnabe cooking up old battle so let’s jumpto it and get that[Music][Music]so with the pan on a vat of medium heatwe’re just going to keep an eye on thepancake until you see bubbles start torise to the surface that’s when you knowit’s about time to check on it and makesure the underside isn’t burning[Music][Music]well there we go nice quick and easypancakesthese can also be made gluten-free supereasily just by substituting me in thegluten-free self-raising flour insteadof regular well it’s been an absolutepleasure cooking for you guys again Ihope you enjoyed today’s episode be sureto keep your eyes peeled because therewill be more gyms cooking adventurescoming out in the near future so untilnext time I’ve been your host Jim andthanks for watching
