आज हम ब्रेड पिज्जा बनाने जा रहे हैं।सामग्री: ब्रेड slice, बारीक कटा प्याज, बारीक कटा टमाटर, बारीक कटा शिमला मिर्च,black pepper ,नमक ,red chilli flakes,चीज़, तेल ।
प्रक्रिया: एक पैन लें,2 टेबल स्पून तेल डालें और इसे गरम करें , प्याज डालकर कुछ देर पकने दें और फिर शिमला मिर्च डालें और फिर से 1 मिनट तक पकाएं फिर टमाटर डालें और 2 मिनट तक पकने दें।स्वादानुसार नमक डालें , 1tbsp oregano, 1tbsp काली मिर्च, 1tbsp मिर्च फ्लेक।इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं और हमारा टॉपिंग तैयार है।पिज्जा सॉस बनाने के लिए हमें एक बाउल में 2 चम्मच टोमैटो सॉस डालकर 1 बड़ा चम्मच अजवायन 1 छोटा चम्मच चिली फ्लेक्स डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स करना होगा।ब्रेड में सॉस लगाएं और उसमें टॉपिंग डालें ।एक पैन गरम करें और उसमें 1 टेबलस्पून तेल डालें और उसमें ब्रेड डालें और ऊपर से ढक्कन बंद करके थोड़ा पनीर डालें और इसे 3 से 4 मिनट तक पकाएं। हमारा ब्रेड पिज्जा तैयार है और इसे सर्व करें।

Today we are going to make bread pizza. Ingredients: Bread slice, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped capsicum, black pepper, salt, red chilli flakes, cheese.
Procedure: take a pan heat it add 2 tbsp of oil in it and add half cup of onion nd cook it for 2 min . After 2 min add capsicum and cook for 2min and add tomatoes nd let it cook for 1 min after tht add 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp red chilli flakes and mix it well , turn off the flame and let it cool .
To make pizza sauce we will take a bowl put 2 tbsp of tomato sauce add 1 tbsp of oregano, 1tbsp pf chilly flakes and mix it well. Now take a slice of bread apply sauce and the toppings in it , at a time we will heat a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and put a bread in it add some cheese on top and cover it with a lid and cook for 3- 4 min and our bread pizzaa is ready .. 🤩😋
