In this video we will show you how to bake Naan bread (Kurdish Bread)

Naan bread (Kurdsih Bread)

Ingredients:
Wheat flour 1 kg
Wholemeal flour 3 – 400 grams
Yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1-2 tsp
Baking soda 1 tblsp
Baking powder 1 tblsp
Lukewarm water 2-3 cup

Directions:
Add flour,yeast, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add lukewarm water and mix all ingredients together and knead into a dough in a kitchen machine or with a handmixer. Cover With a plastic foil and rest it aside for 20-30 mins in room tempreature. Put a pizza stone on the ovn that you set to max. tempreature 300 C or more for 10 mins.

After resting, knead dough well and divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out the naan, make sure it is not too thin and or too thick and put it on a pellow. Take the stone out and put the bread in the middle of the stone and bake it from both sides.
