The youngest chef from team #TCC has tried her hands in baking Vanilla and Chocolate Cookies. She has made this quick video for all those who love to eat butter cookies, chocolate cookies and vanilla cookies but couldn’t find a simplified cookies recipe. This how to make cookies video would be a help for all the cookies lovers. These chocolate chip cookies were turned out to crunchiest cookies we had ever had.
The recipe includes 9 ingredients as:
5 tablespoons Ghee/Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
2-3 drops of Vanilla Essence
1 cup all purpose flour (Maida)
1/2 tablespoon Baking Powder
Pinch of Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1/2 litre Milk
1/4 tablespoon Coco Powder
Pre heat your microwave in convection mode at 180°c for 5-10 mins.
Next place your tray in this preheated microwave oven at 180°c on convection mode for 20-25 mins.
Cookies are ready.
You can use anything you want as the toppings.
Here, i didn’t had choco chips so just used small pieces of dairy milk as toppings.
