Banana Chocolate Bread
Recipe for 9″x5″ loaf
Ingredients:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
3 Large Eggs
120g Unsalted Butter
2 Ripe Banana
30g Heavy Cream
120g Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
100g Dark Chocolate
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
• Mash the banana in a large bowl evenly till it becomes banana purée
• Put the eggs and sugar in a large bowl, whip with a mixer
• Add the banana purée into the egg mixture, then mix evenly
• Add flour, use a sieve for a smoother texture, then mix evenly
• Add the salt, then mix evenly
• Add Vanilla extract and mix evenly
• Add heavy cream, then mix evenly
• Add Dark Chocolate, mix evenly
• Add baking powder and mix evenly
• Place the baking paper into a cake mold
• Pour the cake mixture, flatten the surface
• Preheat oven to 340°F, then bake for 40 minutes
40 Minutes Later
• Apply honey on the cake surface (Optional)
• Continue to bake for 30 minutes
