600ml / 2.45 cups milk
½ tsp vanilla
Black cherry in syrup
Icing sugar
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for the dough and knead. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Mix the yolks with sugar. Add starch, milk, vanilla. Brew the cream.
Put 2/3 of the dough into the mold. Put custard and cherries on the dough. Cover with 1/3 of the dough. Join the edges well. Grease the top of the pie with butter. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.
