Ingredients:
for the crust:
2 cups all purpose flour
3tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter cut into squares
1/4 cup ice cold water
1 large egg yolk ( egg white will be use to make meringue)
for the filling:
1 cup evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk(optional)
4 large eggs,refrigerated
1 tsp vanilla extract
