C.N.J found a new breakfast idea. It is Pancake/Flatbread from Lentils. The measurement is simple. One part lentils to 2 part water. Blend until you have a smooth consistency. Heat non stick pan and turn after one minute. It takes one and a half minutes to prepare each pancake. You can then consume with you choice of toppings.
Salt or other spices can be added to your taste. This can be used as a breakfast, lunch or dinner idea. It goes well with many dishes, fruits, soups, stews you name it.
