Move Placentia: Cooking Class (Spaghetti and Meatballs with Garlic Bread)

Recipe is for 4-6 servings

Meatballs
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the following:
· 1 pound of ground beef
· ½ cup Itialian breadcrumbs
· ¼ onion – diced
· 3 garlic cloves – chopped
· 2 teaspoon ground oregano
· 2 tablespoons garlic powder
· 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
· 1 egg
· ¼ cup parmesan cheese
· Salt and pepper
Shape mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 ½ teaspoons each.
Place cooking pan on stove over medium heat with cooking spray. Once warmed, place the meatballs in pan for 18-20 minutes rotating occasionally to cook evenly. Remove from pan and let rest.

Spaghetti
In a large pot, combine:
· 4-6 quarts of water
· 2 tablespoons of salt
Bring water to a boil and add:
· 1 pound of dry spaghetti noodles
Cook pasta for 12-15 minutes (or to your preference)

Garlic Bread
· Slice sourdough loaf into ¾-inch slices
· Spread butter (room temperature) on each slice
· Sprinkle each slice with garlic powder and parmesan cheese
Place on baking sheet and broil bread for 3-5 minutes ( or to your preference)
