Procedure
Pie Crust
2.5 cup Flour
2 tbsp White Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Unsalted Butter
1/4 to 1/2 cup Cold Water
(Refrigerate 30 minutes)
Flatten the Dough
Decorate and (Refrigerate Again)
Filling
Scald Milk 2 minutes
3 Raw Eggs White
1 cup Sugar
1 3/4 Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Add Scalded Milk
Beat 1 egg white
Fold into mixture
Pour the filling in the crust
Bake in a Pre-heated oven 350°F For 15 minutes
Then Lower to 325°F bake for 30-40 minutes
